Harling Park Walk

We had fun with our friends from Room 17, walking up to the tea house at Harling Park. We stopped in the bush along the track to look and listen . We heard children at the park, and the neighbours chickens, we saw a fantail in the tree tops, and someone thought they saw a turkey! Here we are at the top enjoying the views.

Learning from our big buddies

Today our big buddies taught us all about keeping ourselves safe on computers. We learnt lots of new things like not to enter our private details like our names and addresses into sites without our parents or an adult checking them first, how to be very specific when searching for things, to only look 7 lines down on the Google image pages and to always ask permission when we would like to go on a computer or device. We really enjoyed our time on the computers today with our buddies and learnt lots from them!

Computer skills

We have been learning how to change the fonts, their size and the colour of our writing when we produce a Google document. We are very clever on the computers now!!
